Beachfront Jewel has been specifically designed as a beachfront property for our clients in the UAE, although it is also suitable for other locations.
Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, a massive Great room, separate ladies and gentlemen’s sitting rooms with attached mini-spa, it also features a mezzanine dining room with fantastic sea views.
Separate buildings, based on our “Spanish Dream” Log cabin house the staff quarters & kitchen/laundry.
Beachfront Jewel can be erected on a concrete base, or on
”stilts” depending on local conditions.
As with all our Log homes, Beachfront Jewel can be configured
and redesigned according to client’s wishes, within
architectural and local planning constraints.
All our Log Homes are made from the highest quality engineered
logs sourced from sustainable sources in North America. Our
lamination process
ensures a trouble free, low maintenance home. This type of log
is well suited to the climate in the UAE as it is a very low
moisture log and will therefore not warp, crack or settle in the
way that an air-dried or kiln-dried log would.
Our skilled craftsmen are on-hand to advise and assist in the
construction of our beautiful log homes, which are designed to
last just as long as “conventional” buildings.

Great Room - extending to the rear of the house this vast room has a wonderful galleried ceiling and focuses on the feature glass windows which extend to the apex of the roof.
