Our cleverest home - the Modular allows you to select only the modules you require. Module 1 can be purchased as a stand-alone unit and contains large “Great room” with windows to apex, open plan kitchen, & dining area and a mezzanine double bedroom.

Modules 2 and 3 can be purchased at the time of the initial build, or added at a later date. Module 3 features a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Module 2 features 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Dimensions of modules 2 & 3 are the same, allowing the internal configuration to be chosen by the client.
